I’m an artist, writer, co-founder of Casimira Partners, and creator of the Personal Identity Blueprint methodology.

For more than thirty years, I listened professionally. As a retained executive recruiter, my work depended on hearing who someone really was beneath titles, résumés, and interviews. Today, that same way of listening is at the heart of everything I do.

My partner, Todd Rollin, and I created Casimira Partners to help people find the language that sounds unmistakably like themselves — language they can use in their bios, websites, introductions, conversations, speeches, and everyday moments where being clear matters.

I also write stories, make art, explore AI, and think a lot about how language gives people agency — with families, doctors, boards, clients, communities, and themselves.
