Good News!\u00a0<\/strong>After their final public showing at the airport, I retired\u00a0both the\u00a0large abstract City Runways<\/strong><\/em> paintings. When a neighbor\u00a0mentioned that she had lots of blank wall space and was looking for art, I asked what she liked. Abstract, lots of color, big, Perfect!<\/p>\n

She had missed seeing the airport exhibition, so I\u00a0hung them in her dining room and she fell in love. I now have a new collector and a new friend. Exciting!<\/p>\n

I made 10 trips to escort friends\u00a0and neighbors around the 5 locations where my 11 paintings were on display. It was quite an honor to provide my community, friends, neighbors and family with\u00a0my art in a public space\u00a0for 5 weeks, The Towers chartered a bus on Valentine’s Day. I was the docent for the tour, followed by a lovely and sociable luncheon.<\/p>\n
