“Night Music Sunset” – iPhoneography and iPad art printed on metal – any size, the larger the better!

The  Night Music Guitar series photo collages on metal, now for sale, are so much fun to assemble and color in Procreate! I’ve used a photo of wall shadows of my guitar and a lamp, a Flowpaper painting and an original acrylic painting Cherokee Fire. I absolutely love the drama that happens when I change the layer blend modes.

FOR SALE Night Music Blues, Night Music Sunset and Night Music – printed on metal. Stunning – the larger the better – 20 x 15″ to 40 x 30″! Call me for sizes and prices, available now. 949-436-9204 or susie@artuitive.net

SOLD! City Runways and Let’s Shop Boots

"City Runways" by Susie Stockholm, 50 x 40", acrylic on canvas SOLD!

“City Runways” by Susie Stockholm, 50 x 40″, acrylic on canvas SOLD!

Good News! After their final public showing at the airport, I retired both the large abstract City Runways paintings. When a neighbor mentioned that she had lots of blank wall space and was looking for art, I asked what she liked. Abstract, lots of color, big, Perfect!

She had missed seeing the airport exhibition, so I hung them in her dining room and she fell in love. I now have a new collector and a new friend. Exciting!

The airport exhibition was amazing!!

Me with City Runways 2 - gives you a sense of scale and how well-displayed the paintings were.

I made 10 trips to escort friends and neighbors around the 5 locations where my 11 paintings were on display. It was quite an honor to provide my community, friends, neighbors and family with my art in a public space for 5 weeks, The Towers chartered a bus on Valentine’s Day. I was the docent for the tour, followed by a lovely and sociable luncheon.

More SOLD news: From my “Let’s Shop” series – Let’s Shop Boots! This one ended up in my neighbor’s kitchenette and goes so well with the City Runways paintings.

Still have two of these left.

City of Angels

City of Angels by Susie Stockholm, Acrylic and Collage on Canvas, 30″ x 40″

I’ve merged traditional and new media in this exhibition by using my iPhone 6+ to photograph some “Signs of the City” paintings; then I incorporate them into an iPad painting or photo collage. Besides my big (and fav) City Runways acrylics, I’ll be showing City Streets 1 and 2 and City of Angels (shown here). Had to borrow those back from a couple of you, so thank you!

Additionally, I’ve created a series of six digital artworks On the Move – photo collages, printed on metal, from visits to airports and train stations. This exhibition is part of the JWA Community Focus Space Program, and represents my transition into digital photography and iPad art. Artworks can be viewed on the Departure (upper) Level near security screening areas in Terminals A, B and C, and on the Arrival (lower) Level adjacent to Baggage Carousels 1 and 4.  https://www.artuitive.net/blog/airport-show-details/)
